Hi My name is Tania. It's transformation time! I have considered doing this many times in the past - but it was not until a few weeks ago that I decided to make this my Christmas Present to myself and New Year's Resolution. I was in a dressing room turned and looked at my back in the mirror and thought - "Who is that?"
So here I am! I am at an all time weight high and need some external motivation! So why not go LIVE! I live on carbs, cookies, sugar and wine, and what is ever left on my kids plate, so this should be an interesting 2 months!
My goal is to shave 13 years of my body and look like I did when I was 30! Oh to be 30 again! I am hoping with the support of Relentless, I can make this happen! Wish me luck!
Week 3 and although they say I am making progress, I am not at a happy place yet! Still waiting for my metabolism to kick in! Won't give up - I've got my mental image goal in my mind and I am determined to reach it! I have not been able to kick the diet coke habit yet, nor the scale habit.
I have decided that I should not get emotional attached to the scale though! It's just a number. Still waiting for the energy boosts to kick in and hoping that this weeks measurements will finally make me happy! I did smile when I put on a pair of pants that were big Tuesday, but tight two weeks ago! Want the weight to disappear not redistribute!
This has been a disappointing week for me. No real change in anything! I did not take new photo's - no need too! No cheat meals (it's all or nothing for 60 days - unless it gets really bad!) and lots of exercise and only a minimal change noted in my measurements!
I have learned I am a stress eating, but Roger, thanks to your supportive responses, I have managed to stay motivated and on track! May the next week, bring better results! I am actually enjoying the healthier food choices I am making. I never thought Cauliflower Mash could replace Mashed Potatoes!
After a crazy holiday celebrating season - I decided to seize the moment and begin my transformation on January 2nd. It was a rough first week. I am not sure where my discipline and motivation came from (Probably the LIVE pictures), but I managed not to have any carbs (with the exception of Nature's Candy - Fruit???) or wine!
I have not given up my diet cokes (7-9 a day habit) yet - one thing at a time, but hope to do so by the end of this transformation! I live on the scale, so I am a tiny bit disappointed as I had not lost any weight with this drastic change in dieting but I guess I am only a week into it. I am also committed to exercising 5 to 7 times a week!
