By trade I am a personal trainer and transformation coach. Most of my time is spent running Relentless Fitness, a Philadelphia based studio.

An Unorthodox Journey

My fitness background is not exactly what you'd call traditional, with a career that began in the world of finance as a bond trader. What can I say? I didn't like the desk or the lifestyle. A major career move later, I was training friends, soaking up knowledge and experience at a local gym, creating Relentless Fitness and moving it to its current studio home.

The unorthodox background gives me several advantages. I am here because I want to be; this is my passion. I can better relate to anyone out there dealing with the stresses of everyday life and desiring change. My analytical side assures that I will never stop learning, growing, and getting better - for myself and naturally for you as well.

My Favorite Part of Training

As a trainer I am fascinated with positive change and transformation. Naturally I created The Relentless Transformation program, a time-bound challenge designed to take clients to the next level through proper exercise, nutrition, mindset and lifestyle.

Using an Ancestral Health based approach, thus far some of their results have been stunning. Quite frankly I believe those results inspire me in return even more than I hope I inspire clients. It's fun to be a part of that cycle of inspiration.

Why Here? Why Now?

The unfortunate fact is that my training time is limited. There are only so many hours in the day. I only reach a finite number of clients through my studio.

That is where this site comes in as a positive outlet to change that fact. Today we all have an unprecedented ability to connect with others and share the best aspects of our local experiences. More than ever, I feel as though that contribution is my duty.

Who Am I?

Personally I am aggressive by nature; I love a challenge. Tell me I can't, and I will say I can, I will, I must.

I believe in living intentionally and taking health into your own hands. While a small percentage of your experience will be dictated by events outside of your control, you are in the driver's seat of the vast majority.

Unless it conveys benefit, I like to say f*ck instant gratification. Stay strong and stay true to the bigger picture. Often times effort and ultimate satisfaction are directly proportional.

I...am proud to be Paleo, read constantly, have a love/hate relationship with coffee, prefer walking/training barefoot, spend as much time outdoors as possible, believe not much else has the calming effect of a good hike, jump a lot of rope, watch a lot of MMA but very little television, have visions of living on the Left Coast, stay positive whenever possible.
