What is a Transformation?

The Transformation is about defining your ideal self, both physical and mental, and letting nothing get in the way of its achievement.

By setting personalized goals within a concrete time frame, an aggressive challenge is created.

All that is left is crushing it with results that are impossible to ignore.

Take me through a step-by-step...

We begin with a full consultation to explicitly define your personal goals. Goals will be further broken down into physical appearance, physical performance and lifestyle related. The more compelling the goal-set, the more immediate the motivation.

From there I go back to the drawing board and do what I do best: create a master plan for the new you, which will address exercise, nutrition, mindset and supporting lifestyle.

We will then implement the plan with my help and your action.

Midway and closing consultations will be our pillars of re-evaluation, as we continuously adapt the program as necessary in the name of results.

The physical piece to The Transformation comes with 16 1-hour training sessions (2x/week), 8 Transformer-only classes (1x/week) and unlimited studio classes throughout. Bottom line: you'll be in the studio as much as you want to be.

Will I have support along the way?

Every successful Transformer has a comprehensive support system.

It can be viewed as three main layers:

  1. Me (and the Relentless Fitness team)
  2. An assigned goal partner
  3. The entire Transformation community

In addition to those layers, you will also have supporting education. This consists of multiple weekly messages to build your exercise, nutrition, mindset and lifestyle tool-box. Once the program concludes, you will be well equipped to progress and maintain what you have worked so hard for.

Why did you create the Relentless Transformation?

From my experience as a personal trainer and lifestyle consultant, I know many people long for change.

Change takes many forms.

There is physical change: muscle gain, muscle tone, improved posture, weight loss, bodyfat loss, a tighter core. There is performance related change: strength challenge, marathon, triathlon, cycling, 5K, athletics. There is mental change: belief, confidence, self-esteem.

Then you have the very real changes we all long for on a daily basis: more energy, a clean bill of health, a closet full of well-fitting clothes, the resurrection of your peak body from x number of years ago, a speak-for-itself impressive physique just in time for your wedding, vacation, reuinion, you name it!

Life often creates barriers to desired change, and it is almost too easy for time to fly by without taking action.

It is my passion to remove those barriers, empower you, and inspire the change you are after. The Relentless Transformation is the avenue to my passion.
